How to use:

• Unscrew the cover and place the INXHALE tip just beneath one nostril.

• Close the opposite nostril by pressing the outside with your finger.

• Inhale deeply for four seconds, then exhale slowly.

• Switch nostrils and repeat the process.

• Perform this procedure two - three times per nostril.

• Screw the cover on.

• Use every two - three hours for the best results.
